This material was purified by flash silica gel chromatography, eluding with a gradient of 99:1 methylene chloride/methanol to 97.5:2.5 methylene chloride/methanol, to provide 0.52 g of 4-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl) benzyl]morpholine as a light brown liquid; MS (ES) m/z 318.3 (M+1). |
